Humble Beginnings
Jackwin Legal, P.A. started as a “start-up” law firm in October 2016 – with only one goal in mind – do right by people.
Since then, this law firm has grown from being a solo-member practice to growing into a team of like-minded individuals focused on servicing clients in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business law and criminal defense. As we continue our growth in the future, we will always remember to put our clients first, and live by the motto: do right by people.

Mr. Jackwin is an entrepreneur at heart and has unique experience in building a company and brand from scratch, as well as acquiring a company and partaking in the company’s growth. Having this unique perspective allows Mr. Jackwin and the team provide creative solutions to complex problems.

FLAT FEES
Certain scenarios allow us to charge a flat fee for our services. Such flat fee arrangements all depend upon the nature of your matter and the time required to be allocated to your matter. There are other times where we can estimate the time and nature of your matter and provide you with a flat fee in lieu of our hourly rates.
HOURLY FEES
We value our client’s time and money. That is why we put the appropriate personnel in charge of handling certain tasks so as to not have the highest billable rate for tasks that can be billed at a lower rate.
